Collision Prevention

Our LiDAR based collision prevention system uses advanced laser scanning technology to create a precise, real-time 3D map of the crane's surroundings environment. The system continuously detects and recognizes stationary obstacles within th crane's working area.
When an obstacle is identified, the system stops the crane from moving driving the grapple or hook a load into the detected object. This automatic intervention helps avoid collisions and thus ensures ensuring the safety of personnel, protects protecting equipment, and minimizes minimizing the risk of costly damage or downtime.
The system intelligently integrates with crane control logic to enable smooth, efficient operation without compromising safety.
